A 55-card Intention Setting Oracle Deck

Words as Prayer is living meditation on how words and intention shape the world around us. 

We are the architects of our experience. Our speech defines our life, it reveals our belief systems and describes how we see ourselves and each other. Words As Prayer was created to heal and exalt our relationship with our words and the power they have to shape the world as we know it. Used with wisdom, curiosity, and wonder, Words As Prayer can help us bring the light of awareness into our our speech, thoughts, and mind.

Each card is accompanied by an etymological study and meditation of the word and its root meaning. The rituals are a combination of mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and visualization, breathwork, and communion. Although this deck is non-secular and honors all sacred traditions, there are prayers for each card as well. With deep reverence, unabiding love, and respect for the Great Mystery and whatever shapes it. The prayers are intended to remind us that whether or not we are aware, we are constantly praying and constantly casting spells. To help us break harmful spells, and become centered in love.

Words As Prayer is dedicated to the light inside all of our hearts, the freedom in all of our minds, and to help us remember our eternal knowing and awaken the Great Teacher within. As Jose Manuel Estrada wrote, we wish for Peace for all beings on all planes, and this deck offers practices to help us live that commitment from within.
