The Mythology
Twice as massive as the Sun, 25 times more luminous than the Sun, and shining of its intrinsic luminosity, Sirius is moving closer to the Solar System. Its annual Heliacal Rising (mid-June to mid-August depending on location) is of 365.25 days, of a constant regularity relative to the Solar year. This year its rising occurred in Giza (Cairo) at 4:55am local time (the Sun raised at 5:28am), coinciding with the annual flooding of the Nile River delta in ancient times and marking the New Year. This precision was of extreme importance for the ancient Egyptians who could rely on its emergence as a warning that the flooding was coming.
The brightest star in the night sky, Sothis was venerated since the earliest known times, for her importance and symbolic significance. Sothis, known today as Sirius, was of crucial importance for the ancient Egyptians as its rising in the east sky on the first day of the new year, heralded the advent of the annual inundation of the Nile.
Sothis is the Greek name for the star called Sopdet (Spdt) by the ancient Egyptians, known today as Sirius or Dog Star reflecting its prominence in its constellation Canis Major (The Greater Dog).
The highly knowledgeable ancient Egyptians believed that Sothis was responsible for the Nile floods and worshipped it as the goddess Sopdet who granted fertility to the land. Depicted as a Goddess with the 5-pointed star as her crown, Sopdet/Sirius is a personification of Isis. Isis says of herself: “I am she that riseth in the Dog Star”.
Sothis/Isis rises up in the sky, following the cosmic counterpart of her husband Osiris as the constellation of Orion, after disappearing in the Underworld for seventy days, the number of days for the funerary rites in ancient Egypt. This astrological phenomenon illustrates the ancient myth of Osiris’s journey in the Underworld, as his wife Isis searches for his lost body. Culminating in the final glorious resurrection of Osiris from the dead when Isis fulfils her mission, the Orion constellation appears to the view followed by his devoted wife Isis as the brightest star Sirius. Being the stellar manifestation of Isis, the Great Mother of the Earth, Sothis, the Queen of the Sky, is a pure channel for divine love and wisdom coming forth to support our awakening and realignment with your Soul Destiny.
The space and time between the Heliacal Rise of Sirius and the rising of the Sun shortly thereafter, opens the floodgates of Sirian spiritual essence, flooding Earth with unifying energies, light and sound frequencies for the uniting of our spiritual & physical selves, pouring her compassionate wisdom upon all beings. These guiding frequencies assist humanity in elevating to a greater understanding of our own soul’s purpose and the reasons we are here on Earth at this time, inspiring us to step into our higher selves and offer our own unique gifts back to the world in sacred service to Gaia.

Nicole Adriana Casanova is of Taino descent and a devoted student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, the Universal Initiatic College and the Intertribal Tradition. She is a servant to the Earth, the Great Spirit and Humanity. Nicole has been studying, practicing and teaching different traditional health, wisdom, and healing modalities for over 20 years, offering transformational workshops, training, and retreats all over the world. Nicole is the Creator of Words As Prayer Oracle Deck and Author of Forces of Nature (2025). In 2020, Nicole founded Root to Heaven, a 501(c)3 organization that has planted almost 100,000,000s of trees and plants across 2 continents and many nations. Root to Heaven is Nicole's prayer for the Sacred Waters of the Earth and all of her public and private healing work supports her mission to help rehabilitate ecosystems all over the world.
Pablo Johann was raised in an SOS Children's Village located in Austria, where he first encountered the therapeutic benefits of movement and music during his teenage years. He enrolled in a school that emphasized movement and sports while concurrently pursuing studies in classical music. He serves as a ceremonial leader, yoga instructor, and freelance musician, as well as a singer-songwriter, composer, guitar instructor, and music producer. He pursued jazz guitar studies at the Gustav Mahler Conservatory and has been active as a musician and educator in Austria and internationally since 2008. His collaborations include work with SOS Children's Villages in Italy, Mexico, and Austria, in addition to the non-profit organization "Children of the Forest" in Thailand, which aids victims of child trafficking, stateless children, and single mothers. For many years, he has focused on the study of traditional music and the customs of indigenous cultures, alongside investigating the health impacts of music.
Pablo imparts his expertise through workshops and private lessons.
While journeying across the globe, he is in the process of completing the "Aquarian Songbook," which features over 200 original pieces that are inspired by the essence of the Age of Aquarius. This songbook is designed to assist, encourage, and uplift both individuals and groups amidst the current evolutionary paradigm shift we are experiencing.

Sabine Johanna Mader is a mother of three, a certified multimedia art therapist, creative trainer, freelance artist and musician. She has spent many years working in the leisure education sector with children and young adults. Over the last decade, she has primarily focused on creating and sharing sacred art, creative coaching, music, and guiding seminars, rituals and workshops all over the world.
Sabine Johanna is co-founder of the Golden Deer Art Association, a non profit association located in Austria, which intends to interweave the healing arts and traditional ancient wisdom to raise awareness about the sacred relationship between humans and our home mother earth.
With more than 25 years of deep connection to rhythm and extensive training in West African and Oriental percussion, her musical emphasis lies in the holistic application of rhythm. She loves to share the centering, transforming and vitalizing medicine of the drum, which she imparts through workshops and private lessons.
For many years, she has engaged in the study of traditional music and customs with various indigenous communities. She has a particular interest in their approaches to using music and art as a means to foster holistic health. Her vision is to guide people towards their natural, embedded creativity to express the beauty of their soul and co-create a new Aquarian paradigm.
